Zero, Legendary Reploid Chapter 7

Weil smirked, glancing at the screens for a bit, then looking back at Sky. He knew she would have scowled, but she had an awful headache that kept her from doing so. "So, are you going to tell me where that weapon is?", he asked, quickly growing impatient over the matter. It was like they said, 'So close, yet so far' or something similar to that. The only thing that mattered right now was 'breaking' her will and therefor getting her to tell him it's location. He knew everything about it, especially how to activate it, and how to control it, all thanks to her father- the weapons creator. However, he'd died before he could tell him where it was, but that's pretty much where Sky came in. She wouldn't let him get that information very easily, but that just depended on how he decided to get it from her.

Sky had ignored his question, and Omega had returned from repairs, as well as the reploid who'd knocked her out. She could see that he was an operator, and by the look on his face, she could tell that it was just the four of them- that is, if you counted her, otherwise it was three. She was still only half conscious, but she'd hidden that pretty well, and had heard all of Weil's orders. He had ordered the operator to change what the screens had shown, and he'd done just that. They'd all changed to either monitoring what the Resistance was doing, or what two familiar reploids and a mechaniloid was doing... She'd gasped in surprise when she'd realized who they were. She saw Praxis, Hammie, and Starlight just about two miles away from the weapon's location, but she didn't say anything about that. She could tell that they were hidden in the desert, just like Hammie's home was. Weil's voice pulled her out of her thoughts. "Do you want to get them killed, or do you want to tell me the location of that weapon...? Those are you're only options." he'd said, even more impatient with her. He'd motioned towards Omega, who'd activated his saber and put it against his neck. "Let me rephrase that for Lord Weil.... Tell us where the weapon is, or die." Omega said coldly, and Sky flinched. After waiting a few moments for an answer, Omega had pressed his saber against he neck even more, cleanly cutting her. Weil had scowled at her and had said, "What a fool... I wasn't planning on wasting this on YOU...." he said, motioning for the Operator to do something. He'd left the room and come back with some kind of needle, and she recognized it immediately, remembering what her father had said about it. Before she could say anything against it, he'd poked it into the back of her neck, and Omega had unlocked the chains. She stood up, emotionless, and said, "The weapon is at the coordinates...."

Resistance Base...
----------------------------

Zero and Ciel had taken a break from gathering information, but then Rouge -their operator- had called them back and told them that she'd found out the coordinates for a powerful weapon in few pieces of old data one of the Resistance Soldiers had found in a hidden lab. They'd sent a group of soldiers out to check it out, and then they'd contacted Neo Arcadia, informing X and the guardians of the find. They'd been lucky to have only a few casualties from the attack, but there was still plenty of damage to the buildings that some reploids had been working on to repair it, and it was already looking pretty normal there. They'd all agreed that the should check it out, just to see if they could find anything of interest. Zero had left to go out to the specified cord nates as well, just in case he was needed. The guardians had agreed to meeting him there when they were no longer needed in the utopia's repairs, and that was were the conversation had ended.

Star and the others...
-------------------------------

It had been a few minutes since Starlight had dragged Hammie and Praxis out of the oasis, but they'd come pretty far. Starlight had been leading the way, and had eventually made them run after her, not wanting to lose sight of their guide, and had come to a stop in front of a rather large building, probably a secret lab of some sort. Only, it was only secret because it had the desert sand hiding it. Praxis had yelled out, "Damn, this is more of a castle than a secret lab! ...It is a secret lab, right?" he asked, turning to Hammie and Starlight. Hammie nodded, "I remember Sky saying something about this place before... I just can't remember what it is... Well, anyways, let's go in!" she'd said, dashing inside. Praxis and Starlight followed. They could tell that some people had just gotten here before them, and when they'd walked through a short hallway that opened up into one big, open room with about five Resistance soldiers, Zero, and some sort of weapon, they'd stopped in their tracks, surprised with the weapon's design. The seemingly powerful laser that it had looked like a dragon opening it's powerful jaw to breath fire, and the control panel seemed to be on it's curled up 'body' with it's wide wings wide open, proudly positioned above it's head, with some kind of energy core in-between the wings' tips. They could see that to access the control panel, you needed someone who knew it's pass code and had the key to activating it. Starlight seemed to just dash towards the weapon, only stopping in front of it to growl at it like a dog would. Zero and the Resistance soldiers had been caught be surprise, and had spun around to look at the three, of whom were now right next to the weapon. "Don't worry, we're only here because Starlight here," he'd paused to motion towards Starlight, "wanted us to." he'd said, completing his sentence and walking towards another room to investigate. Zero had dashed over to walk beside him, also curious as to why it had a light blue glow to it. Hammie stayed with Starlight and the five Resistance soldiers, not wanting to leave the room they were in. When Zero and Praxis entered the room, they saw two capsules- one empty, and the other with a girl similar to Sky, except with black hair, red corset, red skirt, and knee high black boots. The capsule she was in said her name was "Twilight", while the other, empty one said 'S'... but the rest of it had been covered with someone's blood, making the last two letters impossible to read. They looked around the room, finding a lot of data on the weapon here, and the girl named Twilight. Unfortunately, they could not find any data on whoever had been sealed away in the other capsule. However, neither had been sealed away for very long, only for about seven years. Which, compared to Zero, was not long. Praxis hadn't needed to introduce himself, since he'd run into Zero in the past, but what was in the past was the past, and he'd continued searching for more information. He ended up finding some information on the girl that had been sealed in the other capsule, but it needed a password. He walked out, and motioned for Hammie to come into the room. She'd entered the room and immediately walked over to the screen he'd been looking at, and used her abilities as an Operator to figure out the password. Once they were in, Zero walked over to view the screen as well, and a whole lot of information scrolled over the entire screen. All the information was on.... Sky. This made all three look surprised, and exchanged glances with each other. Apparently, Twilight and Sky were twin sisters. A large explosion made the three dash out of the room, and the could see that the front entrance had been knocked down, and Weil, Omega, Dark (the Operator. He used to work for Neo Arcadia.), and Sky. Starlight had ignored it all and dashed over to Sky, but when Sky ignored her and didn't seem to be fazed by anything, Starlight whined, noticing something terribly wrong.par

Neo Arcadia...
------------------------------------

X had started to get nervous. He could tell something wasn't right, and he had a feeling it had something to do with Weil and the girl that he and Zero had run into in the desert. However, he was needed here in Neo Arcadia, and the guardians had already left to go meet up with Zero. He sighed, pushing all of his thoughts to the back of his head, and left his office to see how the reconstruction was going.par
