For a few weeks, I've been taking a cake decorating class. Think of this as my "Final Project".
Directly after my class that day, I had to wait outside the place where I took the class for my ride. It was a hot day, and the only bench was in the sun. So while I waited, half the frosting on my cake melted. Thankfully, the damage was only on the side of the cake and was easily fixed by scraping off the melted stuff and re-piping new icing on. So if it looks a little lopsided, blame the SUN.
