Here's some honest critique, lets hope you don't get offended and ignore it or bitch at me.
1. Gradients, stay away from them. There are certain exceptions, but for the most part you should just leave gradients alone, and not touch them until you know what you're doing. There are times to use them, and times to not.
2. The pumpkin linear gradient is extremely awkward, because it does not contour to fit the curves of the pumpkin, of which there should be more, and there is no shading of any kind. The radial gradient for the eyes and mouth should be uniform, and in some way representing flame, not just yellow crap. The stem is quite possibly the best part, in that it's the least noticeable, and less likely to rape your eyeballs. The bright green and strange gradient pattern makes it almost as bad as the main of the pumpkin.
3. The color theory on the pumpkin as a whole is horrendous. As a rule of thumb you should avoid pure, "stock" colors as much as possible. (Colors like FF0000, 00FF00, 0000FF, FFFF00, or anything remotely similar to that.) If it's a pure yellow, blue, orange, red, green, or whatever, then it's almost always going to look ugly.
4. The vines look absolutely nothing like vines. Get a reference picture to look at next time.
5. The textured background does an excellent job of covering up the fact that you can't make a real background. Next time just make a background instead of a texture that looks like you puked it up.
6. You didn't make the base for that sprite, and the person you picked it up off of didn't either. I've done enough arguing about sprites with you. You know the solution.
7. Holloween theme and the word "devil" doesn't constitute grounds for a mature label. You're losing exposure for labeling it as something it plainly isn't.
