Although I'm not very fond of the several belts, and I wouldn't call it a lolita dress (they tend to puff out more at the bottom- think of the butter gown from Disney's Beauty and the Beast, but knee length), that lace pattern at the bottom is gorgeous. How did you do it? It looks a little like you did a rubbing of the lace and a couple different varieties of cloth. It's quite nice. Also, a question about the fish-netting in the middle- would it be over fabric, or just as is? If it were as is, the netting would tear easily and the bottom of the dress would fall off, leaving most of your legs exposed.
