They look like they're sick because there noses are so red, they seem a little miss propositioned as well but all in all those aside they look good. Mostly the guy with the green eyes, although I'm fazed by the gay~ Gay is okay by me. :¬) You've got skill for coloring.
This image ia great! The only problem I see is the guy on the left's head is a bit short. The back of his head should extend out just a little bit farther. ^^'
I also like how you can do the red bits like the nose and cheeks without making it look dumb. Mine always look dumb!
