One of the first Robot-Master attempt drawings for the anticipated release of Megaman 9. I'll be drawing some Robot-Masters up and Cutman was one of them.
You can't forget his catchy little Cutman Jingle in the first Megaman game ever!
He's simple really since he's just a Reploid/robot with a Cutter pretty much.
It didn't take long and long live the Cut!
