Well here i am again after god knows how long after being away... felt an urge to make a DARK wallpaper to match my desktop layout as my old one while it was dark... isn't dark enough in my opinion. I also recently heard about the news of Ryusei No Rockman 3 and decided to meld the two together.
Here we have a mix of official artwork from Capcom's new wallpaper "stash" plus my own twist of design flair.
Rockman is copyright Capcom.

Nice concept.I like those little swirl brushes. how come you don't share brushes anymore with me =[

Great work. Did you do the lighting effects or were they part of the original Rockman image? If you did, great job on the glow effects. I especially like the way the visor reflects.
