OK, so since I though I was neglecting Dick Grayson, I decided to draw Nightwing. Of course, Nightwing is difficult to draw without making him look gay, and I did myself no favor by putting him in that pose. Let me explain to you what he is doing before you ask silly questions, you silly, silly sheezies.
Nightwing, as you better know, is an acrobat (grew up in a circus and everything), so he's awesome enough to balance while calling Batman an ass. 'Cause Batman probably deserves it. c: That's why we love him. So he's balancing and moving around to hold his balance while he says something over his shoulder. Batman probably started it by preaching to Dick, and he probably responded with a brooding stare. That's Batman for you.
I realize that he doesn't horse around as much as he did when he was Robin, but I wanted to portray him a little more lighthearted (though still sarcastic and blunt) since this is part of the present to my friend, as with the Robin picture.
This picture was a huge pain in the butt, but I feel I'm stronger for it.

You really need to draw from life more, especially if you're going to draw characters in tights. This would have been greatly improved if you found a picture of someone actually balancing or tight-rope-walking for reference. Batman in the back looks really really lazy, and I notice that you don't do alot of backgrounds at all. The coloring is generally good on Nightwing, but his face needs some work. His jaw looks larger than his forehead and that's just not realistic at all.
My advice is to work on backgrounds, don't skimp on the details (like the crappy batman in the back) and draw from life more. You've got coloring down, but the rest needs alot of work.
