It says in the top cornr the list of ranking by color of robe(im also thinking of chaning the design the lower the rank...):
Leader: Black and white.
Prinz (2nd in command): Blue and white.

Twilight-(20 Years): Purple an white
Dawns- (10 years): Red and white.
(K)nights-(first year up to ten):Green and white.
(basically once youve been in the organization 10 years your elevated to a dawns, When you hit 20 you're a twilight.) I might add another higher rank, But for right now, this'll do.
