In Chapter 27 of Glorious, Nolan totally pulls a Snow White and bites into a poisoned apple. He was already sick to begin with, some kind of cold or something, but the apple's poison weakens his immune system. That plus the fact that he, Hayden, and Tuesday are stuck out in the woods, in the mountains, in November, for three days. The good part? He didn't get to swallow any of the apple (which would have killed him), just juice. Hayden had the sense to choke him before that happened.
I was talking to Sel about all this, and after reading the poem that accompanies the chapter (in the picture above), and he said I should draw Nolan as Snow White. This is even funnier when you remember that Nolan calls Christa his Snow White in Beheld. It's even cooler when you remember that he has the Knowledge, and that Eve took her apple from...the tree of Knowledge! lol, I love when this stuff happens.

i love the shading in the blue of his mandress. it's very rich. the shading on the yellow is really nice, too, because yellow is tough as nails to color.
