This didn't turn out as well as I thought I would. I experimented with different coloring techniques in Photoshop, and it kind of worked and kind of didn't. I dunno.

Anyway, this was a part of the same project as the Penguin (http://www.sheezyart.com/view/1863153/). This is a part of my crusade to overrun all the gosh darn Joker fan art. D: The other villains are cool, too - OK!?

the line work in this is very good. But the eyes and head bother me. The eyes are like almost exact copies of each other in size and shape. Her head is tilted at a 3/4th angle, (as noted by her nose) and thus the eye on the left should be smaller and more compact because of perspective. The hair is good, but it seems really flat because it's far out in the back of the head, but not much on top. The rest of the picture looks quite good actually and the only other thing that bothers me is the crotch area. There's some weird lines going on down there.
the bags under her eyes should be removed too. She looks like she's 55+ years old, which is contrary to the comic and the character.
