I was wanting a new TMNT-related wallpaper, but I've already raided damn near every corner of the internet for the GOOD ones. I found the DeviantArt profile of the guy that did the cover art for the Raphael mini-series, Bad Moon Rising, and did some Photoshopping to come up with this little guy.
