Cake IS a wild animal

I couldn't figure out the "attribute" to select for a picture of cake, so I just clicked wild animal.

This is a chocolate espresso cake with espresso buttercream and *gasp, redundancy* espresso ganache. But it's not a normal ganache. It's satan ganache. D<

Normal ganache is poured over a cake and hardens. This is NOT that sort. (Which stinks because I love that stuff TO DEATH.) It works as a slightly thicker frosting. I officially hate working with the stuff. As you can clearly see in the pictures, it does NOT pipe well.
