Previous name: Kaie Milan

Long ago, I may have mentioned Kaie, princess of Udell. But she probably got lost in the shuffle at some point, which sucks. Mostly because at some point I mentioned she would now technically be called the second main character. There's mostly a theme going on: Mitsuki has mostly light colors but a dark childhood, while Minh wears dark colors and has a bright childhood, despite all her short comings.
Minh is an intelligent girl, hence the meaning behind her name: Bright and Clever in Vietnamese. She's a politician first, and a strategist second. She loves chess (In fact, in the school arc of the story, she joins the chess club first before even considering school council.), and considers it her favorite hobby. She even treats war like a game, much to the dismay of her colleagues. Her personality is like that of a tsundere: She leaves a harsh exterior, but deep down, she's caring and full of heart. Not like the whole, "I love you, but I'm gonna act like I hate you because I'm too embarrassed about it." More like someone who doesn't feel like showing her caring side, but does to those she trusts (Namely, Mitsuki.). She is, despite being frail and weak, a tough girl, who prefers doing things herself. She spends her time alone, and prefers it that way, but takes a liking to Mitsuki immediately, and so tries to make the other more social. She also tries to make the third friend, Shay, a type of sidekick, kind of like Rin and Shirou from Fate/Stay Night.
Her original family name was Acheron, which means "River of Woe." But thinking about it, with her symbolism with Mitsuki, I decided to try Astraeus, which is "Star" in Greek. It fits well, and I don't need to change my mind set too much. It also fits with her title, "Twilight Sky."

The picture looks weird from far away, but close up, you can tell she's looking at you from the side, in a sort of "What the hell do you want?" expression. I guess I missed fixing the eye on the right; need to make the black part bigger. I'll have to change that on the real picture later. Still working my art out, so this felt like an excuse to try and make an angled shot of her head. Still working on body proportions.
That, and I need to learn to clean up more. I guess I'm always in some kind of hurry to show off before I can do it. Maybe if I went back to photoshop...

Looking at the viewer? I dunno, to me, it looks more like she's gazing off into the distance (contemplating her next plan?)

And yeah, you do need to clean up a bit, but I don't think it's so much that you need to use Photoshop. I mean, I don't. Wait...
