This is a commission for BreezieGirl, of her horse that passed away, Breeze.
She was a dapple grey Mustang mare.
:devBreezieGirl: asked me if I could do it in the same way as a
Horse Isle horse, and animated like I did the Pegasus on HI.

I think you did a really nice job on this, but I think it would have turned out better if you didn't mask the blowing hair, instead just animate a few lines to represent the hair then just color it, but over all the breeze effect and the blinking motions came out really smooth
