I just felt like making this, I know the arrow looks crappy, but the bow looks alright, at least I think so.
Oh, and, the reason there isn't an arm pulling it back is because I'm figuring out anatomy, and so far, all that I've done with that isn't very good, trust me, it's better this way.
This has also been done for a week, I just couldn't submit it, it wasn't letting me.

Anyway, try giving some ease on the pull-back and some X blur when it flies.

As someone said here you should try looking into "easing" and how that affects your motion tweens.
You might have noticed, but the string (whilst moving correctly) is moving way too slow.
