This is just a test for a propeller spinning motion. The background you see is just there to make it look pretty (although it barely does that).
Keep your eyes on the propeller, that's all this is for.

Criticism: the propeller does not shake when it's in top speed, It's just a radial gradient, lol. Although if it's not in it's top speed we can see the blurry part shakes but outlines are always straight - in this case round I:
