Scarsin

A government robot made for seeking out and destroying terrorist weapons - mainly other robots of unknown origin. He follows most orders without question. But, perhaps there's more to him than meets the eye? Something more... human?

While he doesn't have any actual weaponry, his scarf can be controlled as an extra set of arms when needed.
