Demon Project R.N.D.M 149

Here's a new experiment ^-^ This one is quite troublesome, since 149 is able to mesmerize people using a mix of his eyes and his hypnotic movement. He can even mesmerize an entire group of people with ease, leaving them dazed and unable to do a thing ^-^ Quite chaotic and doesn't even leave damage ^-^ I likes this fella, though most of the time I just use him to help deal with some of my more bothersome experiments...
