Well, just wanted to draw a dragon in British police uniform, and I had this colour scheme (greeny-creamy-yellowish-whatever with black) in my head when I woke up so here he is.
No I don't know how the hell he managed to put that shirt and stab vest on, I don't use logic when I draw, its some kind of dragon technology so shut up. D=
