[Concept Doodlie: Salivanus' Boss Fight]

Me and my dude keep talking about turning Arkana into a game. He'd like to write it, and I'd be designing it. This is, of course, a faraway dream. Anyways, We were talking about a boss fight, and I kindof mingled our ideas together into this.

Those white pill-things are your chars, and they're now at the top floor of Salivanus' tower. He's circled you up there around the outside of the tower, and you get glimpses of his shadow as you're fighting your way up. Anyway, he meets you at the top floor, gives his villain speech, and proceeds to wail on your arse til he or you are dead. Wicked? I think so.

The walls are marble, with a little gold and stone to tie in the floor and ceiling, which is entirely gold, and domed... the floor is terra cotta, slate, and cobblestone... with a lil terracotta/slate star in the middle. The windows are stone + stained glass. That big opening/door is his way out of the castle, and he circles it down until he's on the ground.

You know how bosses supposedly have 75, 50, and 25 percent special attacks? I figure his 75% one would be, he vomits out a lil arkana and raises up some corpses around him to distract the "heroes". Did I mention I'm thinking of making him a necromancer of some sort? 'K, whatever.

This is a gigantic concept doodle. It was like, "Hmm, I'll put my thoughts on paper. Hey, how about a lil detail? Hey, how about this and this and that? Hey, how about I take a while coloring and post it on Sheezy for the world to see?!"

So, yeah.
