I'm actually not quite a fan of comedy scores. But I knew that the day was comming where I had to score a movie/animation like that. So I've decited to approach a different style of the usual comedy genre and came up with this. The whole composition consists (except for the oboe at the beginning) out of scrubbed, plucked and percussive elements, thought this would make kinda interesting.
...oh yeah, it's pretty short.

And the strings? Silly! It doesn't sound very silly to me. But hey, I like it!
Bouncy enough for a comedy I say. Reminds me of Pirates of the Caribbean for some reason. *shrug* well done.

Awsome! I get a clip in my head of like, people runniong, trying different ways, but then a wall pops up and blocks them, until they run in a different direction that's clear. Gah! I wish I could show you what I mean. It's hard to explain!

I never thought much of comedy scores. It would be nice if someone put more effort into them, but this has a great classic feel to it while having a quirky quality for comedy.
