Always Armed

This is Felix with the new Outfit I designed for him a while back. I scrapped this costume and gave it to Ian, who I think it fits better I found a new painting technique I like while working on this, which I now use ^^ the wings aren't really part of the character design, more of a spurt of the moment deally. The pistol is something Felix got from his Father when he was 14 (Felix now being 16) and is something he has on his person almost always, in cherished memory of his missing father, and his dead family.
