I'm a huge fan of Chinese Novel style, so this is kind of my adaptation. One day I'll be able to do it properly, really.
About 8 hours in Painter over a week or two (this took foreeeeeeever T___T I have finished oil paintings that took less time). Thanks everyone who gave input at the WIP stage =3 It was really appreciated!
