Waiting

I'm waiting.
That's all I know.

I'm waiting.
That's all I do.

Waiting for my moment.
Just waiting for it.
I keep waiting.
Wait with me.

I'm waiting.
That's all I want.

I'm waiting.
That's all I love.

Waiting for the end.
Just keep waiting.
I don't know anymore.
Help me remember.

I'm waiting.
As far as I remember.

I'm waiting.
At least, I think I'm.

Waiting for the sense.
Just... waiting.
The music ends.
I'm still standing here.

I hear the rain falling.
I'm still waiting.

I hear the silence.
I'm still waiting.

Waiting, waiting...
Just...
I see...
There they are...

Finally...
...

?

I'm still here.
I'll continue waiting.

Smiling Devil Says:

It's pretty good, though you made the beginning very slow, but this poem ends rather quick. If you understand what I mean.

Blakbird Says:

...Wow, this is awesome!

vampire Miyu Says:

shadowazar Says:

seeing as how you placed the lil landscape as th thumbnail to the actual lit. i imagined a person waiting on some kind of porch thingy overlooking the lake or soemthing. very good ^.^ i enjoyed reading it.
