Second Up, a car based on an unfinished story by BlueLoneWolf, Howler.

Howler is a mobile racing testbed, a high-tech automobile, a true modern-day hot rod. Joshua St. Dominic “BlueLoneWolf” Savio installed a 4-rotor, turbocharged Wankel Rotary engine into the chassis of a Plymouth Prowler. The stock suspension was fairly advances, but carbon components and adjustable coilovers were installed. The front bumpers were replaced with carbon wings, and a spoiler and rear diffuser have been added in the rear. The car has a removable hardtop, and well over 700HP. The wheels were replaced with Formula-1-style center-nut wheels, the fronts with special covers to aid brake cooling.
