I made this a few weeks ago the same time I made my last few submissions, I was just too lazy to submit it, I just added a preloader today, enjoy.
This was made using After Effects CS3, Flash (to add the preloader), and fantastic tutorial by Andrew Kramer, it can be found here: http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials.html?id=25
The font is TagsXtreme, and the wall and paint splatters are images from the Riot Gear FX collection (also by Andrew Kramer).
