Well, here is Flare's father, Ash. I did draw his whole body, but like always it was deformed, so I cut off everything but his head, and then colored from there.
. Notice his eyes are much like Flare's, and he has a mane like Flare to, also a reconizable pattern of markings, much like Flare's. His fur is gray to black, and yes, he is kind of evil, but not always. Flare more resembles his mother though. xD. My brother did help for like one minute- ( The shading you see along the right of him, and under his head ) Not much though. P.S. It isn't a floating ghost head.

I think maybe you can try working on creating more of a mouth for later on though, but then again I know jack about drawing animals xD;;
