A Fire Bird

A fire phoenix drawn for fun and boredom. I was not aiming for anything detailed.

I mouse drew most of the flames on the bottom of the picture with the PSP paint brush tool, so some of the edges look slightly jagged. Otherwise I used non anti-alias vector lines to draw the rest of the phoenix. I used the smudge tool on parts of the wing to give it a spiky look and used a textured fill for the background. It was simpler than it seems :)
