Woah, this has to be your best work so far. In my opinion. Chaotic colours, you can't really tell if it's the end of the world or a party going on. The blur deepens the confusion giving off an uneasy feeling. I say you did pretty good on this one

Wow. This really does give an "on the edge" feeling. It's hard to say whether something fun is happening, or something disastrous. With the overall toning though, I'm going to guess it's disastrous.
