Lock. He could be a main character of a side character. I'm not sure. But he is calm and relaxed. Once in fight and can be quite crazy. So look out. He is also quit smoking so he now likes suckers.
yojambo gave me the Idea to put a Japanese painting on his leg. I liked the idea though when coloring this I started out with the jacket and ended up painting that. The painting and color theme on him was inspired by, " The Great Wave" by Katsushika Hokusai.
I didn't shade this because its a character design. So I didn't feel the need to.
