Samus's Helmet Ship

Man, it took most of my weekend just to do all this line art... XP

The point of the picture is rather silly, but many people have made the observation that Samus Aran's ship somewhat looks like her helmet. (In some games, they're almost the same color.) So I thought it'd be kinda funny if Samus's helmet really was a ship for a mini-Samus. I'm just weird like that.

The design of her armor and ship are actually a mixture between various games, and even some action figures, since finding a Samus picture at this particular angle is rare. That's why the ship has little customization tweeks by yours truly, that mainly being those little wire speckles among the ship. I guess once it's colored the design details won't matter so much.

Samus Aran is from all of Nintendo's Metroid games.
