My final project for 3D design. Make a sculpture using any medium to make a 'totem' image that represents you in some way. Example, one of my classmates chose to make a sculture of himself as a FastHeadcrab Zombie, and it was awesome.
Why did I choose the FSM? Well First I am a Pastafarian. Second the FSM represents my general general feelings on the whole evolution vs creationism debate. It's for the lulz. Third, i've been touched by his noodles and i've never gone back. And fourth it represends my general love for parody AND pirates. Awesome.
It took a week to plan and two weeks of construction. It's all 100% newspaper, Art Paste to hold it togeter, and scotch tape to stiffin his eyestalks and beconing noodles. The whole class felt his holy presence and when it was finished they all took turns touching his appendage and being blessed.
It was the most awesome thing ever.
