I lost track of the hours I put into this, but I'm rather pleased with how it came out. I'm not sure where Bebop is, but she sure looks like she's having fun. The heavy curtains would imply some form of ballroom but the way it's lit this looks more like some sort of rave or such. But no matter where she is, it sure looks like Bebop is having gun. It also looks like she's all alone, but Bebop can have fun even if she's the last one on the dance floor.
If you're wondering how I colored all this I have two words for you: pen tool. Nearly everything I did was done using the pen tool some how. I love the pen tool. It's my favorite!

Edit: NOW it's a rave! Changed the disco lights to be all colorful and then put in sparkles as per
's suggestion. I like this a lot getter!
