TMNT: Cowabunga! Shredder and Foot logo concept

Only have enough time today for a quick blurb. Here's Shredder and the logo concept for the Foot Clan.

EDIT: Okay, more time now! So, TMNT:C! takes place in the 1989 cartoon universe, after the events of the original series (and I'm 99% certain that we're NOT counting the Red Sky season. Look it up.) Because it takes place further forward chronologically, I decided that my Shredder is more aged than the one the Turtles face in the old cartoon. Also, he's actually Asian. For Shredder's physical body, I mostly looked at the Oroku Saki (Utrom Shredder) of the 2003 cartoon and aged him by looking at what you'll probably think is the most unlikely of sources- Rocky Balboa. Specifically, the match with Mason "The Line" Dixon. I modeled Saki's muscle structure after Sylvester Stallone's in that scene. Other artistic influences on Shred-Head include Altair from Assassin's Creed and Bob from The Incredibles. Oh! And take note that Saki still has his scars from the unmutated Splinter after he killed Yoshi.

For Shredder's Armor, I looked mainly at the two cartoon universes. I tend to be a sucker for old school Eastman and Laird artwork, but I somewhat dislike their original Shredder design. Anyway, I kind of look at this as 1989 Shredder's costume with 2003 Shredder's armor. Notice that in 1989, Shredder had no actual armor other than his shoulder pads, helmet, and bracers. This was also the way that Eastman and Laird's Shredder dressed. 2003's Shredder is a total juggernaut. Also, he only uses one bladed gauntlet, which I find totally badass.
