I finished with the frills and I think I can call the Bebop portion finished. ^^ So I started work on the BG. It's a ballroom, I think. I dunno, this is just kind of what came out when I started work on it. I still have yet to shade the curtain and tassel, then darken the whole image and add in disco ball lights. Wheee... can you feel the party yet?
