This is Ishoku, the shy and bookish alter-ego of Udewa.
He is basically the exact opposite of Udewa and is actually quite insane, poor thing. He's schizophrenic and, as is obvious, suffers from Multiple Personality Disorder.
His "other self" usually comes out at night and parades around, whoring himself around and all that good stuff. While by day, Ishoku is this poor, insecure and unsuspecting youth who is only half aware of this.
