Haki's Story:

Born in the circus, during their trek through Northern Europe, Haki's name was given to him by a boy, who had won a contest of naming the rare cub.

From a very early age, he was put on display frequently, seperating him from his mother at a very young age. He has remained small due to that and grew to a size of that of a small lioness.

Around his teens, the circus people allowed him to walk outside of his cage with only a thick chain around his left front leg. Because of this Haki is very muscular and strong, but not strong enough to break the chain as he has tried in the past.

Haki doesn't care anymore what happens to him as he gave up fighting for his rights a long time ago. He just does what the circus people tell him to.
