Okay one of my original characters and my oldest characters - Sakudra as he has been redesigned for the humpteenth time. I've had him since I was 7 when he was originally royal bodyguard to the queen of wizards and head of the wizard army.
Then he went on under a redesign to get a twin brother who was evil and he was good and he was a wargod, but had to fight his brother and both of them had to die to save the universe
And now as we see him now. A former war god, exiled due to knowing too much, hunted, wanted killed by the gods and a barbarian to boot.
He's gone from being able to use all the elements and turn into a sabre tooth tiger and dragon at will and demon less so at will to only being able to use fire and have his demon side unlocked.

one way i find helps tackle this when doing pen work is to make outline of the forefront objects/characters thicker than background objects
hmm for his proportions i would say his limbs are a little on the skinny relative to his torso, i also find that his torso should not have that much of a "V" shape...for muscular males they tend to "V" on the top then straighten out under the chest
but i do think your pose is very dynamic and u've definitly got the life and movement element in this piece
which of course is harder to get in an artwork than proportions
all in all, keep it up
