Cold water

In an attempt to warn the Bastet's family, she was caught by La Meute and she only have the option but to run away, trying not to answer to their hits. She doesn't understand. She tries to protect them, but she's considered as a foe. It would be so easy for her to answer back to their hostility, even to kill them, but that would be a blasphemy to the last promise she did to Fox Arès.
What does she have now? Nowhere to go. Nothing but a cold waterfall to heal her hurts. The same place which was the shower for the two lovers a year ago. Finally, the waterfall was way more hurting than the wounds she received from La Meute...

Alors qu'elle essayait de prévenir la famille Bastet de l'échéance de leur sortilège, Bothan avait été prise à parti par La Meute et n'avait eu d'autres choix que de fuir sans répondre à leurs coups. Elle ne comprenait pas. Elle tentait de les protéger, mais elle était considérée comme une ennemie. Il lui aurait été si facile de répondre à la violence, même de les tuer, mais cela aurait été une injure à la promesse qu'elle avait fait à Fox Arès.
Qu'avait-elle désormais? Nulle part où aller, rien d'autre qu'une cascade à l'eau glaciale pour soigner ses blessures. Ce même endroit qui avait été la douche des deux amoureux un an auparavant.
Finalement, cette cascade lui faisait bien plus mal que toutes les blessures qu'elle avait reçu...

Sometimes you listen to a special track that puts you in nostalgia. Cascading Falls is one of them.

Sequel of Une cascade comme douche, where she's sharing her shower with Fox Arès. No doubt that now she's alone, the nostalgia of such an intimate moment is painful for her.
