This is for AtomicTiki's OBSCURI-JAM in which anyone here on DA can pay homage to those obscure cartoon/anime/video game characters that just don't get the love they deserve.
Mine is Meis Triumph; the protagonist of Thousand Arms. Thousand Arms was an RPG for the PS1 which had the unique feature of allowing a player to date not just girls in the main party but NPCs as well. By dating you were able to imbue weapons with different magic spells with the protagonists' abilities as a spirit blacksmith.
This game probably had some of the most hilarious dialogue and coolest cast of characters I've ever seen. In fact, I part with 3 random quotes from the game to give you an idea:
Meis: Pretty women should be embraced by a man. Come, jump into my arms!
Jyabil(Sodina's brother): This is the light of sorrow, the sword if sad because of your ignorance.
Muza: Wyna, are you a...?
PS- This was my first time drawing Meis and it was done quickly so please forgive any mistakes. I didn't even bother cleaning up most of the lineart before inking.
