There's alot of places where the colour stays at the wrong place or there's a need for more colouring to cover up the places.
I'd vote 3 on NG if i wasn't so lazy...But then again, there's alot of crappy flash movies that are incredibly bad, making yours look like a golden star compared to them.

The animation is great. It really looked like it took a good month's work.
One thing I hate about animating myself is drawing in backgrounds all the time.
