Yeah, I'm a corny sap, but you know what? I don't care. I recorded this one the same day I recorded Time and Again, but this one I like better. More feeling.
I really like the chords used in this one! Some of the tapping on wood didn't sound like it fit in too well in the beginning, but I guess that's the only weird part for me. I like how it ended with it though, that was cool. The reverb gave it a nice sound as well.
Pretty cool man. The beginning could have been smoothed out a bit by my ear, though it might just be me. It all sounds quite nice though, I kind of want to write something in a similar style on my acoustic.
Aww that's sweet dude! ^^ Really like your choice of tuning, you can get some really sweet chords in that tuning. Have to agree with AngelsDontKill, the drums sounded like it didn't fit quite well in the beginning, but i'm just a perfectionist. xP Nice work dude! And further luck in your relationship ^^
That's pretty cool man, I think it kinda' lacked some structure, still, it's art, and art doesn't need one!
That's Andy McKee's Tuning, and also's Michael Hedges' if I'm not mistaken - And it's fairly close to Billy McLaughlin's. All three of them excellent at acoustic two handed tapping!
='3 I think God's gonna have to sue your pants off. It was His job to create beautiful things, but you've put Him out of business with this song. D= Seriously. . . it's great. And. . . stuff. And. . . I like the wood-tapping sounds. Really. I do. You're the best corny sap around. =D
Dude, awesome...kind of an Andy McKee thing. Pretty awesome. And chicks, very much dig it when you write them sappy shit. Very much. I should go back and pull some of the old sappy songs from the archives. Well, thats what this made me think of doing. The world can always use a good dose of sappy, every now and again. To prevent breeding aggressive fuckers like me. haha.
That sounds pretty nice. A little bit structureless but ok none the less. Relaxing even on some points. Would have been better for the track if you just did a rhythm layer under it but it's still ok on it's own.

This is nice, there are some good chord progressions, and some tender moments. I liked the tapping, it gave a good percussive effect.

I remember seeing some kids back in highschool do music with their tapping the guitars and playing at the same time.
