I know what you mean. Mood swings suck. Well sometimes I go from, I love being alone, to I wonder why no one likes me, and self pity. I try to keep my pity time to when I know no ones around, cause than I make no one miserable.

I'm always alone; it's difficult for normal people to just switch off like I do. But then again, I kinda prefer my own space.
