Her name is Nuece! C:
It's pronounced as noose though. Don't ask why, I don't even know myself. It just is. xD

this picture is lacking in many regards. while a head is usually a subject that's off limits for critique in the realm of anime, there really is nothing spectacular about this head. the eyes, while they could be called "cute," are emotionally blank and breathe no feeling into the picture. they're also far enough apart to the point that the figure looks deranged and almost sinister because of it. the neck's anatomy is bad. while i won't critique about its width, because that's a no-no for anime as well, the neck shouldn't widen out at the top. any widening out would be near the bottom, but for this thin of a figure, there would be none. the mouth is extremely small. while a nose would be another obvious thing, i'm not aware of whether this creature has a nose or not. the last anatomical error i can see is the breasts. they're too high up on the figure. also...i'm confused as to why she has a drop of liquid (i'm assuming watter) going down her, when there are bubbles floating around her. is she underwater or not? the only thing i can say is decently well-done is your line work. all in all, this is a pretty stereotypical low-end anime picture. better luck next time.

I dunno why, but i actually like the head compared to alot of anime styles i have seen. The eyes aunt sloppy and messily like some things i look at, the shading is jsut perfect too! the hair! Is spectacular! Please keep at it! Plus! i love her design! she is a very pretty character
