I luff' jigglpuff!
As I've said before, 'tis my favorite pokemon of all the ba-jillions out there. The title comes directly from the "Song of Jigglypuff" in case any of you caught that. I lurve it to death.
I didn't want to cover up the pencil work, so I left this uncolored save for the few photoshop touches here and there.

You know, I too liked to train a Jigglypuff. I once had one that I tought moves like Fire Blast and Thunderbolt. Because I felt sorry that it had hardly any good attack moves so I trained one with them. Normal types are quite complex.
