It reminds me of a maelstrom. That or a complex nerve centre of some sub-human android creature.
In any case the centre point where the colours converge is beautiful, as is the vibrant shine that comes from it, like everything is scrambling in there trying to become more than noise. This really gives off a strong feeling, a feeling of...well I don't really know, but whatever it is- it's awesome!
