Use the technique I told you about in Photoshop.
It takes a while, but if you want clean lineart,
keep redrawing the lines 'til they're super nice.
You could print the Photoshop lineart out and color
it with colored pencils, nicely, if you don't wanna
color digitally. Because that takes a while sometimes.
Well if you want to do the lineart traditionally, what i do, is when im done with the sketch in pencil, i take tracing paper( yeah thats what i said ) and i trace over it in pen. that way, when i go to scan it, it looks super clean and neat. Ir i ink over the origional lines, and erase the pencil, then use photoshop to make the lines nice and clear ive been thinking of doing a tutorial sometime. if you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask
