Oho, Windows is finally gone - I've figured out how to properly config my gfx card and monitor, so the native 1280x1024 res is back. :)
Them is slicknesS Black with r[OVR] iconsets.
And no, Windows is not installed as a primary or secondary OS... I dfe'd the HD, then reinstalled Ubuntu.
Since Windows is maddening.
