So this is a symbolic picture about the nature of Finland.
Let's start from the top:
Horns: Ice
Berries etc.: flora of our country. I thought especially lingonberry.
Leaf: It means ruska, or in english simply autumn colours
Dress:Snow
Base: From the left side moss,fern...etc. and right side water.
Character: I just thought some kind of deer simply because I kinda like those animals. n_n
